Dr. Elisa Guillen, DC
New Braunfels native. Texas Chiropractic College valedictorian. Former collegiate tennis player. Dr. Guillen built Elite Chiropractic & Wellness with the goal of raising the standard of chiropractic care in the community she grew up in. She oversees clinical excellence across the practice and is passionate about helping patients understand the connection between spinal health and total-body function.
Dr. Marisa Sosa, DC
Webster Technique certified. Cum Laude graduate in Kinesiology. Dr. Sosa is New Braunfels' go-to prenatal chiropractor, supporting expectant mothers from the first trimester through postpartum. She also provides gentle, compassionate chiropractic care for infants and children, making her a trusted partner for growing families throughout Comal County.
Dr. Caylee Smith, DC
Advanced training in functional nutrition, corrective exercise, strength and human performance, and Pilates. Dr. Smith takes an integrative approach — combining precise chiropractic adjustments with movement strategy and lifestyle guidance to help patients not just recover, but build resilience that keeps them out of the office.
