Symptoms of tension headaches include tightness, pressing, dullness, achiness, fullness in the head, or the feeling that the head is large.Another term for it is "Hat Band" distribution. There may be tenderness over the muscles on the side of your head, your jaw, the side of your neck, as well as your upper back and upper neck.
